Refund policy

14 Days Return Policy: We want you to love your MTA pieces. If something isn't right, you have 14 days from the day you received your package to request a return.

Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and packed in its original premium MTA box and black plastic bag.

How to Start a Return 

1. Contact us at info@morethanable-shop.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on where to send your package.

3. Please note that customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damages and Issues : Inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
